Ruapehu Country Lodge is a New Zealand business based in Ohakune. All products and services offered online is advertised and sold in New Zealand dollars. Please note that full payment is required at time of booking and the name that will appear on your bank statement will be Ruapehu Country Lodge. Refund and Cancellation policies: We understand that cancellations may occur therefore our Refund policy is as specified under the cancellation policy and we appreciate if same can be verified prior to confirming your reservations. Privacy policy: Please note the information submitted at booking will not be handed over to any third party, individual or business without prior consent.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled with less than the following notice period will be charged as stated below:
* Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival date - no charge
* Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date – 25% of total booking price
* Cancellation with 14 days of arrival date – 50% of total booking price
* Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date – 100% of total booking price
If you book through other channels then payment conditions will be subject to their business model.
