Perfect gateway to the Tongariro National Park! Really great stay with pleasant, helpful hosts. House is set back off the road in extensive grounds. Modern, excellent furnishings. Also, by far the best breakfast we have experienced during our 6 weeks in NZ.

The host and hostess are amazing people. This is one of the best lodges in NZ. I strongly recommend it. Marie and Bernie are very kind, and taking good care of the guests. The breakfast is delicious. We definitely will come back. Beautiful golf course a walking distance.
