Payment:

Cash or Credit card (we do not take Amex). Payment by credit card will be subject to a credt card commission of 3%.

Deposit Policy:

No reservation will be accepted or guaranteed, unless a valid credit card number, cardholders name and card expiry date are supplied at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation / No Show Policy:

More than 30 days of arrival date – no cancellation fee

Between 14 days and 29 days of arrival date – 25% of tariff charged.

Between 5 days and 13 days of arrival date – 50% of tariff charged.

Within five days of arrival date - 100% of tariff charged.
